The Bexley 11 plus exam registration for 2026 has changed. The registration period will now run from 1 March 2026 to 31 March 2026.
Compared to last year, the registration dates have been brought forward by two months.
It is well known that Bexley grammar schools may sometimes use proximity between a child’s home and the grammar school in their decision to offer a place. Some parents living outside of Bexley who had intended to move into Bexley before applying may be wondering if they will be at a disadvantage if they supply their non-Bexley address in the registration. The answer is no. The address that will be used to determine proximity (should there be a need to do so) is the one supplied in the CAF (common application form).
The main priority is to get the registration form filled in. Should there be a need to raise a query, this should be done sooner rather than later. Councils in England, in general, take their time to respond to queries. Leaving it late may lead to your question not being answered in time.

The registration dates for Kent, Medway, St Olave’s, Newstead Wood and other grammar schools will be at a later date (the Bexley registration date is the earliest one this year).
